You can use points to get:
- In-app or in-game items
- Coupons to buy in-app or in-game items at a discounted price
- Google Play credit
- Partner rewards
Use points
Tip: If an item is grayed out, you might not have enough points to get that item. Check how many points you have.
- Go to play.google.com.
- At the top right, click your profile icon.
- Click Play Points Use.
- Select an item, coupon, Play credit, or donate to a cause.
- Click Use points.
When you use points to get in-app or in-game items or to support a good cause, you won’t be able to get it refunded.

Find & use coupons that you’ve exchanged with your pointsYour discount automatically applies when you make an in-app purchase that meets the conditions of the coupon. Any coupons exchanged with points expire after a year.
- Open the Google Play Store app .
- At the top right, tap the Profile picture.
- Tap Play Points.
- At the top right, tap More Points history.
- Go to play.google.com.
- At the top right, click your profile icon.
- Click Play Points Use.
- Click See history Order history.
Open the app or game to find the item that you’ve exchanged with your points.
Use points for Google Play Credit
Any Google Play Credit that you received by exchanging points expires after a year. Learn what you can buy with Google Play Credit.
Use points for an order at checkout
For eligible countries, you can apply some points rewards to your order and use another payment method to complete the purchase. You can do this at the checkout stage. Points are deducted when the transaction begins. If the transaction is unsuccessful, the points will return to your account within 1-7 days, depending on the form of payment used.
