Best practices for entering rates using your Google Business Profile

  • Ensure you provide all mandatory taxes and fees that apply to any rate you provide.

Provide accurate prices

  • Provide accurate prices and availability.
  • Review your prices and availability often to ensure that what you're displaying as the price in search results matches the price travelers will see on your booking site.

You can enter rates for up to 2 years in advance. Travelers can search for prices up to a year in advance with stays of up to 30 days.

Keep your account secured and updated

  • Choose a strong password for your account.
  • Update the software/operating system regularly.
  • Close and remove your Google Business Profile if the business is no longer functioning.
