The process of ensuring accurate hotel location and contact information. Google accepts the hotel list feed and attempts to match each entry against our canonical list of hotels from Google Maps. If a property has no matches, it is flagged and ads for it aren’t shown until it is matched with a hotel that we know about. Match rate refers to the percentage of matched hotels.
