What's changing?
After December 2024, all Looker Studio documentation will be available on the Google Cloud website.
Why are you making this change?
In October 2022, we announced that Data Studio was joining the Google Cloud family of products and was being rebranded as Looker Studio. The first step in becoming a Cloud product was the release of Looker Studio Pro. Since then, we've launched deeper integrations with Looker and BigQuery, while continuing support for Google Marketing Platform products and third-party integrations.
With this growth, it's now time for the Looker Studio documentation to have a new home that better supports our mission to evolve and unify our business intelligence products. When Looker Studio content moves to https://cloud.google.com, you'll have more convenient access to related documentation sets, such as Looker, BigQuery, Gemini, and more. In addition, Looker Studio documentation will live on the same platform that hosts all of Google Cloud's administrator and developer tools.
A note about language support
The Google Cloud platform supports a different set of languages and locales than Help Center. After the migration, Looker Studio documentation will be available in the following languages:
- English
- German
- French
- Indonesian
- Italian
- Korean
- Japanese
- Portuguese
- Latin American Spanish (New)
- Traditional Chinese (New)
Google will no longer provide Looker Studio documentation in Dutch or Hindi.
