You can transition account ownership by following these steps:
- Open Settings using the menu in the top right of your account, and select Users.
- Make sure that the new account owner is listed and has Administrative access. If not, follow these instructions to add them as a user or change their access level.
If the Primary Contact matches the removed user, you'll need to change that information as well.
- Open Settings using the menu in the top right of your account, and select Account Settings.
- Edit the Primary Contact name and email to reflect the new owner's information. You can also edit the Technical Contact information, if applicable.
