Test your direct upload feed

You can preview your data in Manufacturer Center without overriding your existing feeds. There are two times you may want to test your upload:

• When you first create a feed.
• After your feed is already registered. This may apply if you haven't yet uploaded a feed file, or if you'd like to update the feed file with a new version.

Test your direct upload when you create and register a feed

1. Click the plus button to add a new feed.
2. Complete steps 1 (Basic information) and 2 (Primary feed name and input method). Learn more about how to create a primary feed.
3. In step 3 (Setup), click Upload a file now (optional).
4. Check the box for Upload as test.
5. Click Continue.
6. In the Processing tab, review errors and warnings that may appear. Note: After your feed is live, refer to the Diagnostics tab for a full report of issues.

Test a new feed file on a newly registered feed

1. Select the primary feed for which you would like to test an updated version.
2. Click the three-dot icon on the right hand side of the Processing tab.
3. Select Upload input file from the dropdown.
4. Choose which file you want to upload.
5. Check the box for Upload as test.
6. In the Processing tab, review errors and warnings that may appear. Note: After your feed is live, refer to the Diagnostics tab for a full report of issues.

Keep in mind: Test feeds can't be created as a separate feed.
