Viewing and Uploading Files to a Project Owned by a Deleted Account
Starting January 16, 2021, users will not be able to upload files to a project owned by a deleted account. Any files that are uploaded after January 16, 2021 will be inaccessible after the owner of the Gallery project’s account is deleted.
We highly recommend using the Project Ownership Transfer feature to transfer the ownership of all your Gallery projects to a teammate. This will ensure that files in a project remain accessible and your teammates can continue uploading files to the project.
If the account has already been deleted, we recommend using the “Download File” feature to download the original files from the project, create a new project and re-upload those files.
