Why this issue is happening
The shipping width [shipping_width] attribute is an optional attribute that allows you to specify dimensions for carrier-calculated shipping rates in the Merchant Center. This issue occurs when the dimension value that you’ve submitted for shipping width [shipping_width] is higher than Merchant Center permits.
How to fix your issue
To correct this issue, submit a dimension value within the specified limits.The limits for shipping width [shipping_width]
are 1 cm - 400 cm and 1 inch - 150 inches. Your shipping costs are calculated based on dimensions and weight, so providing accurate dimensions within the limits helps ensure that Google calculates these costs correctly.
Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center
Go to Products in the Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Click on the title of the product you want to fix, then click Edit product.
Make sure that each affected product has a valid shipping width [shipping_width]
value between 1 cm - 400 cm and 1 inch - 150 inches.
Select Save.
Fix multiple products at once
Go to Products in the Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the Download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data. Make sure that each affected product has a valid shipping width [shipping_width]
value between 1 cm - 400 cm and 1 inch - 150 inches.
Reupload your corrected product data to the Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
