Reasons why the issue is happening
Your account has been suspended for providing wrong shipping information.

How to fix this issue
To resolve this account-level policy issue:
Keep all your products in your account.
Fix the products where the shipping information in your product data doesn’t match the landing pages.
Ensure that the products comply with Google’s Shopping policies and requirements and don’t engage in any practices that attempt to circumvent or interfere with Google’s review systems and processes.
Note that any attempt to circumvent data quality reviews violates the “Abuse of Network” policy. This includes, but is not limited to, manipulating product data or site content in order to bypass checks. Learn more about Abuse of the network.
Next steps
Wait for Google to review your account. If your account is in a warning period, no request for review is needed. Google will review the account 7 days after the initial warning date and again anytime within the next year.
