Your product landing pages or checkout flow doesn’t provide an option to place an order to pickup today. Add a pickup today option to your product landing pages or in your checkout flow so customers can buy or reserve online and pick up the product in store the same or next day.

Your product landing page and checkout flow don’t provide store pickup availability

Your product landing pages and checkout flow don’t provide store pickup availability. Add a store selector with the ability to show store pickup availability:

  • Pickup today availability can be displayed after clicking on a link, for example, 'check local availability', or after submitting a postal code or address.
  • Store selection for pickup can occur in your checkout flow after a user has added an item to their cart.
  • After a user clicks or inputs the required information, your site must display an item’s available pickup methods (“reserve online” or “buy online”) and an item’s Pickup SLA (“same day” or “next day pickup”). SLA refers to the expected timeframe within which an order placed online for "pickup later" at a store should be ready for the customer to collect.You must also display the location of the local store.

Your sample product page doesn't provide users the option to check a product’s pickup availability at different store locations

Your product landing pages don’t provide customers the option to check a product’s pickup availability at various store locations. Add a store selector to your product landing pages or checkout flow so customers can view where they can pick up the product.

You haven’t submitted the required attributes in your primary data source or local products inventory data source

Your primary and product inventory data sources don’t contain required attributes for the pickup today feature. Review the required attributes for pickup today and add these values to your data source. Values for pickup method [pickup_method] and pickup SLA [pickup_SLA] must be submitted in either your primary data source or product inventory data. Step 1 In your Merchant Center account, the Setting & tools icon Tools and setting menu icon [Gear], then select Add-ons.

Step 2 Select Active.

Step 3 In the “Local inventory ads” card, click Show me.

Step 4 Click Show me next to the country you want to set it up.

Step 5 Select “Your pickup experience (Optional)”.

Step 5 Select Customers can pick them up on the same or next day.

Step 5 Add a URL that shows a product page pickup information.

Step 5 Click Request review.

Your product landing page or checkout flow doesn’t provide an option to place an order to pick up later. Add a pickup option to your product landing pages or in your checkout flow.

Your website is missing a store pickup SLA

After a user clicks or inputs the required information, your site must display an item’s pickup SLA . The SLA refers to the expected timeframe within which an order placed online for "pickup later" at a store should be ready for the customer to collect. You must also display the location of the local store.
