Why this issue is happening
The value you’ve provided for this attribute isn’t consistent with the value provided for a related product data source attribute. For example, for vehicle ads, if the value for the price [price]
attribute is “0.0”, then you can only use the value “Lease
” for the credit type [credit_type]
attribute. If you use the value “Finance
” for the credit type [credit_type]
attribute, your vehicle ad will not serve. You must either set installment.credit_type to “Lease
” or give an appropriate full purchase price for the vehicle.
How to fix your issue
Update the value provided for the attribute to be consistent with the values provided for other related attributes.
Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center
Navigate to Products in Merchant Center account, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Click on the title of the product you want to fix, then click Edit product.
Update the value provided for the attribute to be consistent with the values provided for other related attributes.
Select Save.
Fix multiple products at once
Navigate to Products in Merchant Center account, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and update the value provided for the attribute to be consistent with the values provided for other related attributes.
Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
