Your product data source contains an invalid character for the current encoding setting. To change a file's encoding settings in your Google Merchant Center:
- In your Merchant Center account, click on the Settings & tools icon

- Select Data sources.
- Under the “Product sources” tab, select a product source.
- On the page that loads, select the Your setup tab and click the pencil icon
across the “Encoding” option.
- Select the correct encoding option.
- Click Save.
Note: You'll have to re-submit your product data data source for this change to take effect.
