Why this issue is happening
This issue occurs when the tier label [tier_label]
or program label [program_label]
within your loyalty program [loyalty program]
attribute in the feed doesn't match the label in the loyalty program setup page in your Merchant Center account.
Here's what might be happening:
- Case-sensitive mismatch: Your loyalty tier
[tier_label]
or program label[program_label]
in your feed is using a different case than what's in your Merchant Center account loyalty program settings.- For example, you might have "Loyalty_First" in your feed and "loyalty_first" in your loyalty program settings.
- Label mismatch: You're using a different name for your loyalty tier label
[tier_label]
or program label[program_label]
in your feed than in your Merchant Center account loyalty program settings.
This error won't result in your products being disapproved. However, the loyalty program [loyalty program]
attribute won't be used. In effect, member prices, member shipping, and other loyalty benefits specified in the loyalty program [loyalty program]
attribute won’t be applied to your free listings or ads.
How to fix your issue
Incorrect loyalty tier label
[tier_label]
in your product feed must correspond exactly with the labels configured in your Google Merchant Center account.Fix multiple products at once
Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that the value submitted for the tier label [tier_label]
in feed matches exactly, including case sensitivity.
Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
