Note: Loyalty program performance summary will also be sent monthly via email. To ensure you receive this performance summary, check your email preference settings and ensure you're opted into "News and tips".

View your loyalty program performance report
- Sign in to your Merchant Center account.
- Under “Analytics” on the left panel, click Products.
- Select the Loyalty programs tab.
Note: The report isn’t available in the multi-client account yet. Merchants can view the account performance in each Merchant Center sub-accounts.
Understand your loyalty program report
- Loyalty impressions: The total number of impressions of offers with loyalty benefits across Google surfaces.
- Loyalty clicks: The total number of clicks on offers with loyalty benefits on Google, leading to your website.
- Loyalty clickthrough rate (CTR): The percentage of times your offers with loyalty benefits were clicked on after being seen on Google surfaces. For instance, a CTR of 5% means that for every 100 impressions, offers with loyalty benefits displayed received 5 clicks.
What's available in the report
- Member pricing performance on Shopping ads.
- Products, Brands, Categories with highest customer engagement ranked by click volume. Click View more to expand the ranking to all of the items in product, brand or category.
Note:
- This will open a report containing clicks, impressions and CTR. To analyze the data at your own pace, you can download the report by clicking the download icon at the top-right corner of the page.
- Currently, the report only includes a limited set of benefit types in Shopping Ads. Additional benefit types and surfaces will be added soon. In the meantime, check your monthly loyalty performance summary email for performance data of free listings.
- Performance summary email and Merchant Center data may differ slightly due to reporting time variations.
