Your data feed contains an invalid character for the current encoding setting. To change a file's encoding settings in your Google Merchant Center:

Sign in to your Merchant Center account.
Click Products from the navigation menu, then click Feeds.
Click the feed file name.
On the page that loads, select the Settings tab.
Select Edit, select the correct encoding option, and click Save.

Note: You'll have to re-submit your feed for this change to take effect.
