Use your Google payments profile to find, manage, cancel, and pay early for recurring charges on subscriptions and other services.
About subscriptions
The 4 types of subscriptions for Google products or services are as follows:
- Automatic payments: When you owe a certain amount of money, your payment method is automatically charged.
- Automatic monthly payments: Your payment method is charged at the same time every month.
- Manual payments: You can pay a fee in advance for a product or service you’ll get or use later.
- Monthly invoicing: After you get your monthly invoice, you pay the bill within a set amount of time.
Find subscriptions
To find your recurring charges:
- Sign in to the Payments profile.
- At the top, click Subscriptions & services.
- Under the product you want to find, click Manage.
Change automatic payment methods
- Sign in to the Payments profile.
- At the top, click Subscriptions & services.
- Under the subscription you want to edit, click Manage.
- Under the card you’re currently using to pay, click Manage payment methods.
- Choose a payment method.
- Choose Save.
Note: You cannot use some payment methods for subscriptions.
Cancel subscriptions
Follow the steps below to cancel subscriptions from a payments profile:
- Sign in to the Payments profile.
- At the top, click Subscriptions & services.
- Under the subscription you want to cancel, click Manage.
- Choose Cancel subscription. Note: If you don’t find this option, click Manage subscription to go to the Google product you subscribed through to cancel the subscription.
Note: You cannot get refunds if you cancel a subscription. Cancellations are final, but you can re-subscribe to a service.
Pay subscriptions early
To pay a subscription before the recurring charge date, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to the Payments profile.
- At the top, click Subscriptions & services.
- Under the subscription you want to pay, click Manage.
- Choose Pay early.
