Create bookmarks so that Chrome can remember your favourite and frequently visited websites.
When you sign in to Chrome with your Google Account, you can use bookmarks and other info on all your devices.
Add a bookmark
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome .
- Go to a site that you frequently visit or want to visit again in the future.
- Tap More Add to Bookmarks .
Open a bookmark
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome .
- Tap More Bookmarks .
- Review the folders.
- To open bookmarks, tap a folder.
- To open in a new tab or Incognito tab, touch and hold the bookmark to choose from the menu.

If you can't find the bookmark that you want, it might be in a different folder. To change folders, at the top left, tap Back . Tap the folder with the bookmark that you want.
- Touch and hold a bookmark.
- Tap Edit.
- Change the name, folder or URL.
- At the top, tap Done.
Tip: To delete a bookmark, at the bottom, tap Delete.
After you delete a bookmark, you’ll get a prompt to undo if you deleted the bookmark by mistake. Otherwise, you can only get the bookmark back when you re-add the bookmark.
To delete one bookmark:
- Swipe left on the bookmark.
- Tap Delete.
To delete two or more bookmarks:
- At the bottom, tap Select.
- Tap the bookmarks that you want to delete Delete.
Important: To create a new folder, you must have at least one site bookmarked.
- Open Chrome .
- Tap More Bookmarks Select a folder.
- At the bottom-left corner, select New folder.
Rearrange bookmarks inside a folder
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome .
- Tap More Bookmarks .
- Open the folder that you want to organise.
- Tap Edit.
- On the right of a bookmark, tap and hold Drag .
- Drag the bookmark where you want it.
- Open the folder with the bookmark that you want to move.
- Tap Edit.
- Select the bookmark that you want to move.
- Tap More… Edit bookmark.
- To check your list of folders or to create a new folder, tap Folder.
- Tap Done.
