Some bookings must be paid in advance or require a deposit or be completed on the partner’s booking page. Other bookings are no charge with a minimum purchase. Read the full description before booking.
Important:
- Any cancellation, refund request or other booking issues should be discussed directly with the business.
- Reserve with Google doesn't:
- Accept coupon codes
- Offer a loyalty programme
- Support loyalty programmes from businesses or scheduling providers
Pay online or in person
There are two ways to pay for a booking:
- Pay online:
- In the pop-up window:
- Select your payment method.
- Click Buy.
- Directly on the partner’s booking page:
- Click on the desired booking.
- Check-out in the merchant’s booking page.
- In the pop-up window:
- Pay in person:
- In the pop-up window, add your contact info.
- Click Reserve.

For bookings made on Google, our booking partners charge the payment method that you selected in your Google Pay profile. Learn how to add, edit or remove a payment method.
Important: If you don’t have a Google Pay account, you must enter payment information at checkout. This information creates a Google Pay account for you.

Some services may:
- Require payment at checkout.
- Send you a separate email to arrange for payment.
- Your booking isn’t complete until you pay.
- Be donation only.
