Create a scheduled upload from your own sFTP server

If you want Google to pull bulksheets from your own sFTP server, use this procedure to provide the details required - sFTP server URL, Username, and Password - and to provide the Frequency and Time that defines the schedule.

You can create and manage an sFTP endpoint from a manager, sub-manager, or client account.

  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
  2. Click Tools & Settings, then click Uploads.
  3. Click the Schedules tab.
  4. Click .
  5. In Schedule name, enter a descriptive name for the connection. The name only appears in Search Ads 360.
  6. In Source, select sFTP:
    1. In Source URL*, enter the address of the source.
    2. Optionally, enter user credentials.
    3. Select the required Frequency.
    4. Select the Time.
  7. In What are you uploading, select Changes to your accounts.
  8. If you are uploading to a Single account, select this option in the next drop-down.
Otherwise, select the Multiple accounts option.
  9. If required, select and enter details to Send an email when upload is finished.
  10. Click Save.

Once you’ve created the schedule, Google will regularly pull files from your sFTP server according to the schedule.
