Monitor uploads

View the status and history of uploads

The “Uploads” list in the new Search Ads 360 displays information on the status of bulk edits and conversions you have uploaded. The list, which automatically appears after you start an upload, shows uploads that are currently in progress along with a history of uploads that have completed.

If you aren't already on the Uploads page, follow these steps to view the "Uploads list" for bulk edit uploads:

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. Navigate to a manager, sub-manager, or client account.
  3. Navigate to Tools & Settings.
  4. Under "Bulk actions", click Uploads.

    Previewed uploads that are still processing are presented in the “Pending actions” list.

For conversion uploads, follow these steps to view the Uploads list for Conversion uploads:

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. Navigate to a manager, sub-manager, or client account.
  3. Navigate to Tools & Settings.
  4. Under "Measurement", click Conversions.
  5. On the left bar, click Uploads.

Understanding the uploads table

Refer to the table below to understand the columns for the uploads table. The data presented in the table is for the completed uploads.

Column name Description

User / Date & time


 
  • User who uploaded the file
  • Date and time of upload.
Owner Manager or Sub-manager ID where the file was uploaded
Status
  • Processing: Upload is being booked on Search Ads 360 or sent to the engine.
  • Finished successfully: No errors, file uploaded successfully
  • Finished with errors: File partially uploaded, errors found on rows

It should always be "File upload" for the upload table. The values may change when viewing "All bulk actions".

File Shows the name of a file that was uploaded.

  • Successful: Number of rows processed successfully
