Handle sFTP upload errors

When an upload has completed with errors you are informed that this is the case on the “Uploads” page. The “Status” column entry for the upload in “Pending actions” and in the “Uploads” table will state Finished with errors. In the “Actions or next steps” column you may view a Download errors link. You can use this to download the error bulksheet, make the corrections required, then upload the amended bulksheet.

  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. Navigate to a manager, sub-manager, or client account.
  3. Click Tools & Settings.
  4. In "Bulk actions", click Uploads.
  5. Locate the upload of interest, and if there are errors, in “Actions and next steps”, click Download errors, if present.

The error bulksheet is downloaded to the local machine’s Downloads folder.

Make the changes you require, then upload the corrected bulksheet.
