Remove access to Google Ads–related Search Ads 360 data

You must be a manager admin or sub-manager admin to remove access.
  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. Navigate to a manager or sub-manager account.
    • The new Search Ads 360 displays the sub-manager page, which contains data for all of the sub-manager’s client accounts.
  3. In the left page menu, click Settings.
  4. In the sub-menu, click Manager account settings.
  5. Click Data sharing to expand the section, then deselect the checkbox.
  6. Click Save.
Google Ads sales and support representatives' access will be removed after about 24 hours. The representatives may still have access to historical data if a report was downloaded, but they won't have access to any new data.
