The new Search Ads 360 has automatically copied over your scheduled downloads and web queries from the previous Search Ads 360.
How does it work?
During the migration
The new Search Ads 360 will evaluate your scheduled downloads and web queries to ensure that the columns, filters, segments, time ranges, and email recipients have an equivalent. This means some scheduled downloads or web queries might copy over with missing information or might not copy over at all.
After the migration
The new and old Search Ads 360 can both be used to change reporting tables and email scheduling. You can take the following actions in the new Search Ads 360:
- Check the general migration status in the Experience hub
- Check the migration status of each scheduled download or web query on the Reports page
- View copied reports and web queries on the Reports page
- For saved reports (), you can Download or Create similar
- For web queries (), you can Copy URL or Create similar
- Manually sync scheduled downloads and web queries from the Experience hub
Note that the sync only goes one way, from the previous Search Ads 360 to the new Search Ads 360.
Scheduled downloads migration
When a scheduled download is copied to the new Search Ads 360, it becomes a saved report on the Reports page. For copied saved reports, you can change the email scheduling, but you can’t edit the columns, filters, or segments. Instead, you can create a similar report, make edits, and schedule the new report for download.
View the migration status of your scheduled downloads
- In your new Search Ads 360 account, click on Experience hub in the left hand menu.
- Click What’s available.
- Scroll to the Scheduled downloads row.
