Report on Dynamic Search Ads

Dynamic Search Ads uses your website content to target your ads. In the new Search Ads 360, you can view metrics for your Dynamic Search Ads in different supported advertising platforms.

Report on Google Ads Dynamic Search Ads

You can view metrics for Dynamic Search Ads by campaign or dynamic ad group.

Report on all Dynamic Search Ads in a Google Ads campaign

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. From the page menu, click Ads.
  3. Filter the tab to only view metrics for Dynamic Search Ads:
    1. Click Add filter.
    2. Select the Attributes dropdown.
    3. Select Ad type.
    4. Select the Dynamic Search Ad checkbox. Make sure that other checkboxes are unselected.
    5. Click Apply.

Report on Dynamic Search Ads in dynamic ad groups

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. Navigate to a Microsoft Advertising client account.
  3. Filter the report to include only dynamic ad groups.
    The Ad group type column displays either Dynamic or Standard. The Ad group type may be unknown, indicated by dashes (---), if the account hasn't been synced recently or in accounts other than Google Ads.
    1. Click Add filter.
    2. Select the Attributes dropdown.
    3. Select Ad group type.
    4. Select the checkboxes next to Standard and Dynamic.
  4. Click a dynamic ad group name to open the ad group.
  5. From the page menu, click on Ads.

    The tab lists the Dynamic Search Ads that you've created, including the placeholder headline text.

Report on Microsoft Advertising Dynamic Search Ads

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. Navigate to a Microsoft Advertising client account.
  3. From the page menu, click Ads.
  4. Filter the tab to only view metrics for Dynamic Search Ads:
    1. Click Add filter.
    2. Select the Attributes dropdown.
    3. Select Ad type.
    4. Select the Dynamic Search Ad checkbox.
    5. Click Apply.
  5. By default, the reporting table displays client account metrics, such as clicks and impressions.

    To view metrics about Floodlight conversions that are attributed to the ad, click Columns below the performance summary graph, select Actions, Sales revenue or Sales Promo from the search bar at the top.

  6. Click Apply.

  7. To download the report for offline analysis, click the download icon , which appears above the reporting table.

If your Dynamic Search Ads aren't generating impressions, verify your Dynamic Search Ads are set up correctly in Microsoft Advertising.

Report on Yahoo! JAPAN Dynamic Search Ads

  1. Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
  2. Navigate to a Yahoo! JAPAN client account.
  3. From the page menu, click Ads.
  4. Filter the tab to only view metrics for Dynamic Search Ads:
    1. Click Add filter.
    2. Select the Attributes dropdown.
    3. Select Ad type.
    4. Select the Dynamic Search Ad checkbox. Make sure that other checkboxes are unselected.
    5. Click Apply.
  5. By default, the reporting table displays client account metrics, such as clicks and impressions.

    To view metrics about Floodlight conversions that are attributed to the ad, click Columns below the performance summary graph, select Actions, Sales revenue or Sales Promo.

  6. To download the report for offline analysis, click the download icon , which appears above the reporting table.

If your dynamic ads aren't generating impressions, verify your Dynamic Search Ads are set up correctly in Yahoo! Japan.
