About Google Ads bid adjustments

This article applies only to Google Ads accounts in the new Search Ads 360.

Bid adjustments allow you to show your ads more or less frequently based on where, when, and how people search on Google. For example, sometimes a click is worth more to you if it comes from a smartphone, at a certain time of day, or from a specific location.

Learn about the different types of bid adjustments available on Google Ads, their requirements, how multiple adjustments interact, and what options are available for different types of Google Ads campaigns in the Google Ads Help Center.

If you’re looking for instructions on how to set bid adjustments, learn how to Add or remove a Google Ads bid adjustment.
