How to review your ad schedule
When you create an ad schedule, your ads will only be eligible to show during the times you specify. Your ad won’t show during the dates and times that aren't listed on your ad schedule. Make sure your ad schedule includes all the days and times you want your ad to be eligible to show. Here’s how to review your ad schedule:
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- Navigate to a Google Ads account.
- From the page menu, click Audiences & content drop down.
- Click Ad schedule.
- From the table, select a campaign to see its ad schedule, performance, and costs during its scheduled time slots.
- You’ll see a chart that shows the times your campaign’s ads showed. By default, the chart will show the number of clicks your ads received. To see your campaign’s impressions, CTR, average CPC, or cost, select the metric you’d like to see from the “Clicks” drop-down on the top right corner.
- Choose a subtab to review your ad schedule and performance by "Day & hour," "Day," or "Hour."
How to edit your ad schedule
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- Navigate to a Google Ads account.
- From the page menu, click Audiences & content drop down.
- Click Ad schedule.
- Click the campaign name in the table.
- To edit your ad schedule, click the blue pencil icon .
- To remove a time period, hover over that time period and click the “X.”
- To adjust dates and times, click the dates or times you’d like to change and select new ones.
- To add a new date and time to your ad schedule, click Add.

The ad schedule is based on a 12-hour or 24-hour clock. Therefore, to schedule an ad to run from the end of one day through a portion of the next day, you should create an ad schedule for each day. If you are using a 12-hour clock, for example, to run an ad from Monday 11:00 p.m. to Tuesday 7:00 a.m., your ad schedule for Monday should extend from 11:00 pm to 12:00 a.m., while your Tuesday ad schedule should run from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
