If you create a chart that contains data from a large number of sources, or if you use labels to segment a chart, Search Ads 360 samples the data and displays Generate report to see actual data on the chart.
To view the fully updated chart in your web browser:
-
Open an existing report:
-
From the top navigation bar in Search Ads 360, click Executive Reports.
-
Click on a report title.
-
-
Specify the report's end date in View report ending on, which appears near the top of the page.
Relative time ranges, such as Last 7 days, start from the specified date.
-
Click Generate report.
Search Ads 360 displays the report manager and adds a row to the list of generated reports. -
When (the spinner icon) in the report list changes to (the Ready icon), click the date in the Report ending on column.
Search Ads 360 displays the full report in your browser where you can take the following actions:
- Share the report. Click the gray Get shareable link button.
- Stop sharing the report. Click the green Get shareable link button.
- Download the report in .xlxs or PDF format. Click the button.
If you filter or segment by labels applied at the campaign level, reports that you download and full reports that you view on the web will contain metrics for Shopping campaigns and impression share.
