Segment AdWords Call metrics report
Displays how the call to your Google forwarding number call was made. For example, you can see if the call was manually dialed or from a call-extension or call-only ad.
Segment a Call metrics report to group the data by:
- Google Search. Indicates that call to a Google forwarding number that is on a website was manually dialed.
- High-End Mobile Search. Indicates that call originated from clicks on a phone number in a call extension or Call button in a call-only ad.
Segment a Call metrics report
- Navigate to a Google Ads engine account, campaign, or ad group.

Click the More▼ tab, and then click Call metrics.
- Above the performance summary graph, click Segment.
- Click +Segment ▼. In the Search box, type the segment name, and then click the name.
