Search Ads 360 and therefore is being deprecated starting February 1, 2023.
You can view the device bid adjustments that are set or recommended based on the conversion goal that is applied to a campaign. You can optionally apply the recommendation.

Navigate to an advertiser or account.
Steps for navigating to an advertiser-
Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser.

Click Apply or press the Enter key.
Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.
Steps for navigating to an engine account-
In the left navigation panel, click All accounts.
What if the left navigation pane isn't visible? -
Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser that contains the engine account.

In the "Account" list, click on the engine account.

Click Apply or press the Enter key.
Search Ads 360 displays the engine account page.

- Click the Campaigns tab.
- Add the following bid adjustment columns to the report.
- To apply a recommendation, in the device's bid adjustment column (for example, in the Tablet bid adjustment % column) click the pencil icon to enter the suggested amount and click Save.
You can edit a campaign's settings to let the conversion goal set device bid adjustments.
