When reviewing resources / help articles, please select the article that's right for you according to the category in the article title.

How to report issues Skillshop Other Topics

Important: This article applies only to Skillshop's Other Topics like YouTube, Grow with Google, Waze, and more. To learn more about the categorization of the Skillshop topics and navigate to the right help article, click here.

Before you report bugs or issues you encountered on the Skillshop page, review applicable help center articles or review the Skillshop FAQs.

If the help center articles and FAQs were not able to solve your problem, here are a few options to escalate or resolve your issue.

Send feedback about our help center

Select the Send feedback about our Help Center button to report a general issue with the help center that is not time sensitive. Your feedback will be redirected to the help center team for suggestions on how to continue to improve the help center experience.

Report Other Topics Skillshop learning content specific issue

If you'd like to report or share feedback on a specific course or learning path within the Skillshop Other Topics platform, click Report. Your feedback will be directed to content teams to ensure our learning content is accurate and up to date.

Contacting Skillshop for personalized or time-sensitive issues

Use the Contact us button only if you need personal or time-sensitive help with the Skillshop platform.

Once you click Contact us, it’ll bring you to the Contact Us page. Type in a summary of the issue you’re having. The page will provide resources for you to check and read first. We recommend reviewing the recommended articles to resolve your inquiries immediately.

If none of the resources can help resolve your issues, you can use the contact options. To contact support, you can choose Get a call, Chat or Email
Note: These contact options may not be available in all languages.
Click Get a call to have a Google Support agent call you during hours of operation. If you prefer an online chat, click Chat. Or click email to send an email to Skillshop support center. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed including attaching all relevant links and documents so that your issue can be resolved quickly.

Note: Check the hours when you can set a call, or when chat and email Skillshop support is available. Responses and resolutions will depend on the complexity of the concern and the region where you live.
