Replacement devices may be new or refurbished based on location and inventory. Every refurbished device goes through a careful inspection and refurbishment process. We test extensively and replace the battery, cover glass, and back case with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts so the device will appear and operate like new.

About advanced exchange- You’ll receive a link where you can order your replacement.
- Once you place your order, an authorization hold is placed on your account. Your replacement is sent within 2 to 7 business days.
- You’ll receive shipping labels to send back your original device within 21 days.
- Once the original device is received, the authorization hold on your card is removed.
Important: Devices must be sent back within 14 days of creating a standard exchange. If received outside of this period, your device may be sent back to you.
After the device is received, your replacement is sent within 3-5 business days. In some countries or regions, such as Australia, it takes around 5 to 7 days to send a replacement.
