You can only cancel your trade-in before you send your old device. If you want to cancel your trade-in:
- On the Order details page, cancel a trade-in.
- Recycle or dispose of the trade-in kit.
- Do not return the trade-in kit with your old device.
If you cancel your trade-in, you won't receive any trade-in value credit.
After you dispatch your device, it’s too late to cancel the trade-in.
