If you purchase 2 or more items that come in one shipment, return each one individually in its own box with its own return label.
Select a return method after you submit your return request in the Google Store order history.
Prepare your return with the paperless option
Get your return code by following the steps below.
If eligible for refund:

To get your return code, select Paperless Return after you submit your return request through the "Order details" page.

You'll receive the return code in the confirmation email.
If eligible for replacement: You’ll receive your return code through email once your replacement RMA is created.
Prepare your return with a printed shipping label
Get your shipping label & return slip:
Once you submit your return request through the “Order details” page of the Google Store, follow the instructions to get your shipping label and return slip.
- On the "Returns" page under "Thanks for your return request," select Print shipping label.
- On the same page, select Print return slip.
You'll also get an email with this information. To find the shipping label, search your email for the RMA number.
Tip: To print your shipping label or return label, go back to the Order details.
