Make sure that the item you want to return is in its original condition. Follow the instructions in the Google Store Support email or in your Order history. If you want to return another item, start a new return and ship it in a separate box.
Ship your item through the paperless option
- Bring your package and confirmation email with the return code to a FedEx-supported drop-off location. Find FedEx locations.
- Present the return code to the clerk.
- The clerk will print your shipping label and ship your item.
Ship your item with a printed shipping label
- Ship the package back at your preferred carrier location.
If eligible for refund: After the return product is inspected, a refund can take about 1–14 business days.
If eligible for replacement: After the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped.
Tips:
- You can't reuse a promotional code after an item is returned.
- You can track your shipment after it ships.
