Bulk actions in Google Tag Manager allow you to perform certain operations on multiple items at the same time. Bulk actions can be performed on search results, as well as on the Tags, Triggers, Clients, and Variables tables. Bulk actions may be performed on most items that appear in Tag Manager search results.
Available actions change depending on the type of item:

Edit tag triggers
Bulk trigger edits are available on selected tags. To make bulk trigger edits:
- Select one or more tags from a list.
- Click Edit Triggers .
- Select or deselect firing triggers from the list. The checkboxes indicate the action:
- All selected tags will have this trigger applied.
- All selected tags will have this trigger removed.
- Some selected tags include this trigger. No changes to these triggers will be made.
- Optional: In the Firing Triggers section click to add triggers to the list. Adjust the action as outlined in step 3.
- Optional: In the Exceptions section, click to add trigger exceptions to the list. Adjust the action as outlined in step 3.
- Click Save.
Pause tags
You can quickly pause or unpause multiple tags from a list:
- Select one or more tags from a list.
- Click the icon to pause or unpause the selected tags.
- If any of the tags selected are in an unpaused state, click to pause the selected tags.
- If all selected tags are in a paused state, click to unpause the selected tags.
Move items to a folder
You can quickly move a list of items to a folder. To move a set of items to a folder:
- Select one or more items from a list.
- Click .
- Optional: To add a folder to the list, click .
- Select a folder to move your items to.
Delete items
You can quickly delete a list of items from a folder. To delete a set of items:
- Select one or more items from a list.
- Click .
