View all of your alerts
- In the Transit Data Sharing Portal, click Manual service alerts on the left side of the page.
- All of your alerts will be displayed in the table on the page.
Create an alert
- In the Transit Data Sharing Portal, click Manual service alerts on the left side of the page.
- On the page that opens, click Create alert, then fill out of the following details:
- Pipeline
- Alert active periods
- Affected entities (if applicable)
- Problem details, including causes and effects
- Language of the content in the alert
- Once you're done, click Create. Your alert will be published immediately.
Edit an alert
- In the Transit Data Sharing Portal, click Manual service alerts on the left side of the page.
- In the alerts table, click the alert that you want to edit.
- In the page that opens, click Edit alert.
- Once you're done, click Save edits. Your edits will be published immediately.
Delete an alert
- In the Transit Data Sharing Portal, click Manual service alerts on the left side of the page.
- In the alerts table, click the three-dot icon in the row of an alert and select Delete alert. The alert is immediately removed.
