Add parking lot locations

Select a parking lot location from a list generated by Waze, or add a new parking lot. You can add parking lot locations at any time before your event begins.

Select an existing parking lot from a list

Open the Partner Hub
Click Parking lots
Select the relevant parking lot

Add a new parking lot

Before you add a new parking lot, make sure it meets Waze's guidelines.

Open the Partner Hub
Click Parking lots
Click +
Follow the instructions on screen to draw a perimeter
Click Next
Follow the instructions on screen to mark the parking lot entrance
Click Next
Enter the relevant parking lot information
Note: You can edit parking lot information after you submit it. These changes may require approval from the Waze team.
If you have upcoming approved events, turn on "Add events (Optional)" and select the events you want to link the parking lot to
Click Submit request

You'll be notified by email once the parking lot link is added to your event.

Details	Guidelines
Parking lot name	Must be in English Must not contain offensive language
Parking lot location	Must be in close proximity to the event location Must align with the polygon created Must not be in a restricted area, such as: Major intersections Bodies of water Airport runways Private residences Must have a single entry point
