Search Console sends messages to website owners when an important event occurs on their site. If you receive a website message from Search Console, it means that either you've signed up with Search Console as the site owner, that another site owner has added you as a site owner in Search Console, or that your website hosting service has automatically registered you as a site owner with Search Console.
Although we think these messages are useful, if you find them distracting or not useful, you can disable either specific messages or all messages.
To disable messages:
- Open the Email preferences page for your property (User settings
> Email preferences). Be sure that you are signed in to Search Console with the same account that received the email.
- To disable specific messages, select Mute next to the message you wish to disable.To disable all messages, uncheck Enable email notifications.
