Troubleshoot

If you have issues creating a project and get this error, check these items:

  • When you set up the platform, you entered the email address of a super administrator from your target Google Workspace domain.
  • The admin that signed into the platform is a super admin or has the Manage Google Workspace deployments role.

For details, go to Create & assign roles.

  • Both admins have the Migrate service turned on.

For details, go to Verify & turn on required services.
