Performance reports
Videos reportThe videos report shows data on the videos in a partner's Content Manager.
- Available three times per week
- Data includes, but is not limited to: Video status, ad enablement, number of views, asset ID, policies, etc.
- Doesn't show revenue-related performance data
- If a video is claimed by multiple assets, there will be multiple asset IDs in the Asset ID column but only one set of asset metadata.
The full assets report shows data on the assets in a partner's Content Manager.
- Available on a daily basis
- Data includes, but is not limited to: Ownership territories, asset type, constituent asset ID, active/inactive references, match policy, etc.
- This document is useful for partners who want to:
- Check a set of assets to confirm that the ownership info is correct
- Map out constituent asset IDs to synthesised asset IDs
- View all assets with a particular match policy
The asset conflicts report is available to partners with assets in conflict.
- Available on a daily basis
- Compared to other asset reports, the asset conflicts report shows any ownership territories that are in conflict and the last ownership change info.
The assets (shares) report shows data on a partner's Sound Recording Shares or Composition Shares and the associated metadata.
- Available on a daily basis for partners with shares, such as music label and publishing partners
- Shows data on individual shares, including share metadata and the share's parent asset
The claims report shows data on active, inactive and pending claims on assets in a partner's Content Manager. It includes claims on private, unlisted and blocked videos.
- Available on a daily basis
- Shows data on all claims belonging to an asset and the relevant policy info
- Data includes, but is not limited to: Applied policy, claim type, origin, etc.
The Shorts report includes two reports: The Shorts asset creations report and the Shorts asset views report.

The Shorts asset creations report shows the number of distinct Shorts created using licensed Shorts Audio Library content associated with an asset, grouped by country/region and month, for a given owner. The report also includes relevant asset metadata fields: ISRC, asset ID, asset title, asset label, customised ID, UPIC, GRid, artist and album.

The Shorts asset views report shows the number of views of Shorts created using licensed Shorts Audio Library content associated with an asset, grouped by country/region and month, for a given owner. The report also includes relevant asset metadata fields: ISRC, asset ID, asset title, asset label, customised ID, UPIC, GRid, artist and album.

Available on a monthly basis within 25 days after the end of each calendar month.
The references report shows data on all references created by a partner.
- Available on a weekly basis
- Shows a mapping of reference video IDs to asset and reference IDs
- Also contains info about the reference provider, exclusions, type, creation date, number of active claims and the associated asset.
- Note: Not every reference will have a reference video ID. The reference video ID is only available if the reference is associated with a video uploaded to a channel.
- Available on a weekly basis.
- Shows relevant campaign performance data, such as how much user-generated content (UGC) was claimed and how many clicks there were on campaign cards.
- Only includes data on custom manual campaigns. It doesn't show data on default campaigns or transactional campaigns.
Financial reports
Payment summary reportThe Ad Revenues report contains revenue and views related to advertising-supported videos.

The Transactions Revenue report contains revenue from movie rentals (EST) and video rentals (VOD).
The Transactions Revenue report is available only to movie and TV partners.
- Using a radio-like experience that isn't on demand

The Ads Adjustments Revenue report summarises ads revenue adjustments. This can include revenue from monetisation in dispute and revenue from asset conflict resolution.
This report is only published when adjustments are made for a given month.
The Subscription adjustments revenue report summarises subscriptions revenue adjustments.
This report is only published when adjustments are made for a given month.
Other reports
Violative Art Tracks reportThe violative Art Tracks report is a monthly report that has details on Art Tracks that were removed due a Community Guidelines violation.
The report shows affected Art Tracks from the previous month. During the first week of each month, new reports are added to the Other tab of the Reports page in Studio Content Manager. If no Art Tracks were removed during the previous month, the report will be empty. Reports stay visible for two months, then get deleted to comply with data retention policies.
If any of your Art Tracks were removed for a Community Guidelines violation, get in touch with YouTube Creator Support and/or fill in the Contact Us form in the Help Centre. If you get in touch via the Contact Us form, make sure that you're signed in to an account associated with your Content Manager account before you submit the form.
The copyright Art Tracks report is a monthly report that has details on Art Tracks that were removed due to a takedown request.
The report shows affected Art Tracks from the previous month. During the first week of each month, new reports are added to the Other tab of the Reports page in Studio Content Manager. If no Art Tracks were removed during the previous month, the report will be empty. Reports stay visible for two months, then get deleted to comply with data retention policies.
If you believe that your Art Track was taken down in error, you can submit a counter notification.
The age-verified Art Tracks report is a monthly report that has details on Art Tracks that were age-verified, which means that they're only playable to signed-in users who are aged 18 or over.
The report shows affected Art Tracks from the previous month. During the first week of each month, new reports are added to the Other tab of the Reports page in Studio Content Manager. If no Art Tracks were age-verified during the previous month, the report will be empty. Reports stay visible for two months, then get deleted to comply with data retention policies.
If you believe that your Art Track was age-verified in error, you can appeal the decision. To appeal, please contact your YouTube support team with your video IDs and rationale to support your appeal.

This report is only available for non-music CMS partners and MCN-A partners.
