Before you get started, go to the YouTube app.
Check that you've subscribed to the channel
To make sure that you subscribed to a channel, open the channel page. You should see, “SUBSCRIBED” on the page. If you see the subscribe button 
, it means you aren’t currently subscribed. You can tap the button to subscribe.
Check your channel notification settings
By default, you’ll only get occasional notifications when you subscribe to a channel. If you're subscribed to a channel but aren't getting all notifications, follow these instructions to turn on all notifications:
- Go to the channel for which you'd like to get all notifications.
- Tap Subscribed.
- Tap All

Check the account you're signed in to
Make sure that you're signed in to the account with the notification settings you've set.
- Select your profile picture

- You'll see which account you're signed in to at the top.
- If it's not the one with the notification settings you've set, tap your profile.
- Select the account you'd like to sign in with.
- To sign in to a different account, tap Add account

- Select your profile picture
- Tap Settings

- Tap Notifications.
- Turn on notifications for “Subscriptions”.
.You can also select Channel settings to see a list of channels you’re subscribed to, and your notification settings for each channel. To get all notifications for a channel, make sure its bell icon is ringing 
Check your device settings
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Notifications > YouTube.
- Make sure Allow notifications is turned on.
