You can change, delete, and add a backup payment method to make sure your membership stays active. Make sure you use an accepted payment method.
Change your default payment method
- Tap your profile photo Purchases and memberships.
- Tap on your membership.
- Tap EDIT next to your existing payment method.
- Tap the down arrow next to your payment method.
- Select your other payment method or Add credit or debit card.
- Enter your card number (if relevant).
- Tap SUBMIT.
Delete a payment method
To delete a form of payment, go to Google Pay and click Remove for the payment method you’d like to delete.
Add a backup payment method
- Tap your profile photo Purchases and memberships.
- Tap on your membership.
- Tap EDIT next to "Backup payment method".
- Enter your card number.
- Tap SUBMIT.
