With a YouTube Kids profile, your child can subscribe to most channels in YouTube Kids by tapping Subscribe on the watch or channel page. When new videos are available from subscribed channels, we'll highlight them on your Recommended screen. You can also find channels you are subscribed to by going to Watch it again

You can view your children’s subscriptions in Watch it Again, where you can unsubscribe or block. Unsubscribing does not prevent your child from re-subscribing. If you don’t want them to re-subscribe, you can block the channel that you don't want your child to find.
Note: Creators don't get specific info about the children who subscribe to their channels.
