Buy Meet hardware licenses

To use Google Meet hardware, you need to buy and assign a Meet hardware license for each device. These licenses are for the software that allows Meet hardware to work with Google Meet and lets you manage Meet hardware in your Admin console.

How Meet hardware licenses work

  • Meet hardware licenses are required in addition to your Google Workspace subscription. For details, go to Google Meet hardware requirements.
  • Licenses are sold for a one-year term from the date of purchase. If you purchase additional licenses, they’re prorated to end on the same date as the original license. Your renewal date will be the same for all licenses.
  • If you plan to expand your Google Meet hardware use, you can buy extra licenses in advance so that you can easily enroll future devices.
  • If you don't renew your license before it expires, your subscription will enter a limited grace period. If your subscription is not renewed, it is canceled and you lose access to the Google Meet hardware section of the Google Admin console. After a period of time, delinquent devices are automatically deprovisioned and their data is permanently deleted. Once this happens, you can't restore the data, even if you repurchase licenses.

Buy licenses from a reseller (recommended)

If you need more than 10 Meet hardware licenses, you bought your Google Workspace subscription from a reseller, or you want the convenience of autorenew, buy your licenses from a reseller.

For the convenience of a single order, you can buy licenses and Meet hardware at the same time from one reseller.

You can also buy Meet hardware from one reseller and your licenses from another. You might choose this option if you want your licenses through the same reseller who handles your Google Workspace subscription. If you buy licenses from another reseller, you can move your licenses to your Google Workspace reseller later. For details, go to Transfer a subscription from a reseller.

Buy licenses directly from Google
