Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook
When you create your Google Workspace profile in Microsoft Outlook, you can start using it right away.

Start Outlook & choose your profile
- For Set Up Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook, click Start Microsoft Outlook.
You can do this even if your data is importing.
- Select your Google Workspace profile.
- (Optional) To use this profile as your default option, click Options and check Set as default profile.
- Click OK.
When Outlook opens your Google Workspace profile, GWSMO begins synchronizing data with your Google Workspace account.
