Privacy & messaging uses the sites displayed in your Ad Manager account and the apps associated with your Ad Manager and AdMob accounts.
Sites
The list of sites that are available when you create a new message is sourced directly from the “Sites” list in Ad Manager.
Sites are auto-created when we receive at least 100 ad requests associated to the publisher's network code.
To add a site to Privacy & messaging:
- Complete the steps to add a new site to Ad Manager. After the site is added, you may need to wait a few minutes for the list to update.
- Add the Google Publisher Tags (GPT) ad tag to the site.
Sites that have been deleted can't display messages to users. If you have deleted a site from the Ad Manager "Sites" list and want to display messages to its visitors, add the site again in Ad Manager.
Apps
The list of apps that are available when you create a new message are sourced directly from the “Apps” list in Ad Manager. Additionally, any apps added to your AdMob account will also appear in Ad Manager.
To add an app to Privacy & messaging:
- Complete the steps to add a new app to Ad Manager. After the app is added, you may need to wait a few minutes for the list to update.
- Add the Google User Messaging Platform SDK to the app.
