User management

Add a user to your account

Note: To access your account, users must have a Google Account and can't be linked to another active or disabled AdSense account. For more information, refer to the User access FAQs.

To give access to your AdSense account:

  1. Sign in to your AdSense account.
  2. Click Account.
  3. Click Access and authorization, then click User management.
  4. Click + New user.
  5. Enter the email address of the user you want to share your account with, then click Invite user.

    The user is added to the list with a status of "Pending" and has 30 days to accept the invitation before it expires.

  6. After the user accepts your email invitation (by clicking the link in the email and associating their Google Account with the AdSense account listed in the invitation) their status changes to "Active".

    You can change the user’s access level at any time.

Note: The account holder is solely responsible for the properties in the AdSense program. Administrators need to exercise caution when granting users access to an account. All users added to an account must comply with the AdSense Program policies.
