You can ask questions like "what's on my calendar," or "what are my messages" without unlocking your phone first.
To get personal results while the phone is locked:
- On most Assistant-enabled devices, say "Hey Google, open Assistant settings."
- Under "All settings," tap Personal results.
- Turn on Personal results.
- Turn on On headphones.
Important: If you use 3.5 mm wired headphones with Headphones personal results turned on, to get personal results, you need to unlock your phone at least once after you plug in your headphones. After you unlock your phone, you’ll get personal responses until you unplug your headphones.
