Campaign and workflow updates
Product feeds for YouTube brand awareness and consideration campaigns
We’ve added support for product feeds to two more YouTube video campaign types. With this update, you can link product feeds to your YouTube brand awareness and reach and product and brand consideration campaigns to make them shoppable. Advertisers will be able to feature compelling product imagery and details from a Google Merchant Center feed alongside a bumper, non-skippable or skippable ad and encourage users to take action.
Customers will not be able to select Meetrics as a third-party viewability vendor
We will be removing the ability to select Meetrics as a third-party viewability vendor in July 2022. New line items created or duplicated won't be able to select Meetrics as a vendor, and existing line items with Meetrics selected will be able to change vendors. We will continue to send data to Meetrics until support is fully removed in December 2022. Customers should start migrating to DoubleVerify to avoid disruptions to their third-party measurement.
Creative updates
Link an Ads Creative Studio account to get creatives from your partners
Your creative partners can now request a link to your Display & Video 360 advertiser. After linking, creative partners can send creatives to your account. Creatives you receive from Ads Creative Studio will list it as the "Authoring source".
Improved creative appeal process
We've made some improvements to the workflow for resubmitting rejected creatives, including more control and better visibility into the status of appealed creatives in Display & Video 360. In the coming weeks you'll find "Resubmit for approval" replaced with "Appeal". After you submit an appeal, you'll be able to check on the status of your appeal in the Policy Overview page.
