Check the status of creatives

To quickly check the creative status for more than one creative, open your advertiser's list of creatives and find the "DV360 status" column.

You can check if exchanges with their own creative review process have approved your creative in the "Exchange status" column.

Check the Display & Video 360 review status

  1. Open your advertiser in Display & Video 360.
  2. In the left menu, click Creative, then Creatives. On the page that loads, you'll find the list of creatives added to that advertiser.
  3. Find the "DV360 status" column.
    • If you can't find the column, you might be in gallery view. Switch to list view .
    • If the status is "Servable" or "Approved" , the creative can serve on Ad Manager and on exchanges that don't have their own review process.
  4. To get more detail about each status, point to it. A popup appears with a status summary. For more details, click See details to open the Creative status tab for that creative.
  5. For more details about the review, find the Display & Video 360 review section. If it's not expanded, click on it.
    • If the status is "Pending" , check the Review started time. Add 8 hours to the start time to get an estimate of when the creative can start serving.
    • If the status is "Servable" or "Approved" , you can find what time the review completed. If the creative has any restrictions, you'll find details about them in the "Restrictions" section.
    • If the status is "Rejected" , you'll find the reasons the creative was rejected and how to fix it.
Please wait at least 24 hours after the review start time before you contact support. The support team can't take any action on creatives that have been in review for less than 24 hours.

Check the exchange review status

If the creative is assigned to a line item that targets inventory on an exchange with its own creative review process, check status in the "Exchange status" column. If no inventory on the exchange is targeted, the status stays "Policy review pending".

  1. Open your advertiser in Display & Video 360.
  2. In the left menu, click Creative, then Creatives. On the page that loads, you'll find the list of creatives added to that advertiser.
  3. Find the "Exchange status" column.
